Look at what we’re holding right now.

Wars bleeding across multiple fronts. Children trafficked while the people profiting attend galas and give speeches about human dignity.

Ecosystems collapsing under the weight of decades of extraction. Economies fracturing, leaving entire populations without ground to stand on.

Mental health crises swallowing a generation whole. Leadership and institutions hollowed out, captured, corrupted. The gap between those with everything and those with nothing stretching wider by the day.

And every day, another front. Another horror. Another evocation pulling at your chest saying: this matters, do something, stand up.

But stand up where? For which one? With what time, what energy, what resources, when you already have a full life demanding everything you’ve got?

I know that feeling. The overwhelm of being emotionally summoned in seventeen directions simultaneously.

The quiet shame that follows when you can’t answer all of them. The exhaustion of caring so much and being able to do so little.

And underneath all of it, that whisper that gets louder some days than others.

Just disappear. Tend your own life. Close the tab. Let someone else carry this.

I feel that pull. Deeply. And I think you do too. So I want to tell you what I do when that whisper becomes a roar.

I go back to God. Every morning, before the noise finds me, I stop. I open my hands. I surrender the outcome and ask for one thing…show me how
I am meant to serve the greater whole today. Just today.

And I stoke that fire carefully, return to it again and again, forgive myself when I drift, and climb back on the horse.

Because the fire goes out if you don’t tend it. And a man whose inner fire has gone out is a man the world has already lost. That fire and what I’m about to ask you to feel are the same fire.

From that place I’ve learned to surrender the immediacy of the how. When I grip for the answer right now, the answer contracts. When I sit with the question and let something mature, the next true step reveals itself, strong and clear and potent and built to last.

We brew. We guard where our attention goes, because where attention flows, life follows, and who we are becoming moves with it.

This is the most precious jewel you carry as a Warrior. Guard it.

And right now, with a force I can no longer hold back, something is rising in me.

Protection.

I have trained men in martial arts for over 45 years. Thousands of men. Young men, challenged men, powerful men who had forgotten their power.
And what I have watched happen across these decades breaks my heart and hardens my resolve in the same breath.

We have atrophied. Enough of us have. The sacred masculine fire to stand between the innocent and the darkness, to feel the full weight of that calling and say yes, I will carry this, has been slowly extinguished. Confused into passivity. Shamed into silence.

And the innocent have paid the price.

I am calling us back now. Men, specifically. Because I know what lives inside you. I have seen it awaken in training halls and in ceremony and in the dark nights where a man finally stops performing and starts telling the truth about what he feels when a child is endangered, a woman violated, an elder abandoned.

What lives inside you is a Protector.

The odds against us are real. The scale of what we face is staggering. Most who have stood against overwhelming darkness throughout history have not made it through. The numbers are humbling.

And still.

Three hundred Spartans held the gates of Thermopylae against an empire. They stood on pure refusal. Pure sacred fury for what they loved. Pure willingness to be consumed by something larger than their own survival.

A man standing in full Protective fire is a force that multiplies, that inspires, that changes what is possible.

That same call is going out right now. To us. To you.

Stand anyway.

Keep feeling the plight of the innocent. Let it move through you and forge your resolve. And when the pressure becomes insurmountable, from inside and outside, when everything in you wants to fold…

Refuse.

Dig into the well of your being and pull up what lives down there. Something ancient. Something that preceded your politeness, your accommodation, your careful measured words. Something forged in you long before the world taught you to manage yourself into acceptability.

Feel it now.

That heat rising in your chest when you see a child endangered, a woman violated, an elder abandoned. That iron locking into your jaw when innocence is brutalized. That volcanic fire erupting from somewhere below thought, below strategy, below all your reasoned responses to an unreasonable world.

That is Sacred Anger. And it belongs to you.

For too long we have been told to soften it. Civilize it. Channel it into something more palatable. And in doing so, we have handed the most precious fuel of Protection to the void.

Bring it back.

You are a Protector.

Say it. Feel what that word does in your body when you mean it with everything you have. When you stop performing it and start inhabiting it.
The children who cannot protect themselves are counting on men who have found that thing in their chest and refused to let it go out.

The how is coming. The strategy, the formation, the precise and potent action, all of it is being forged right now. I will be bringing that to you soon from what I can organize.

But the roar has to come first.

Let it rise. Let it fill you until there is no room for apathy, no room for helplessness, no room for the slow seduction of looking away.

Let it burn so hot and clean that when the moment of action arrives, you are already a weapon of love, honed and ready.

The innocent are waiting.

They are waiting for you to remember Who You Are.

They are waiting for a man who has found that fire in his chest and refused to let it die.

This is the Great Remembering.

The remembering of the Protector.

The remembering of the Warrior.

The part of you that was never broken, only buried. Buried under the noise, the numbness, the thousand seductions of a world that profits from your sleep.

Wake up.

The Warrior in you has been waiting for exactly this moment. Exactly this darkness. Exactly this weight. He was forged for it.

And the Great Remembering begins the moment you stop waiting for permission to be who you already are.

A Protector. Sovereign. Unbreakable. Roaring from the deep.

Rise.

This is the moment we were made for. Even on our worst days
