Key Take Outs

  • Be a life-long student. Don’t let success or your ego stop your progression, curiosity and desire to learn. Be humble with your successes be kind on yourself and know that even the best of the best never stop learning. This is one of our greatest gifts yet largely underused.
  • The soul is how you feel within. When we connect with our soul and start taking action and behaving in alliance we start to feel good. If we don’t we will continue the roller coaster ride, the ups and the downs in life, seeking external momentary pleasures to avoid the pain of our existence. When you live and breathe as the soul desires life becomes grand.
  • A great question to help you search within and connect with your soul. “What must I do today to love fully, live fully and die fully without having any regret.” What is important to you? This will help give you some answers and with these answer do the work to incorporate them into your life.
  • A thought on quitting your job. If you are not happy with what you do, then quit! Easy advice to give but risky. We have responsibility and perhaps quitting right now is not the most sensible action to take. Instead try quitting without quitting. Go home and when you return approach with the mindset of how this job can give you value, how can this job help you reach your highest potential. You will get more in this approach as it is not a mindset of sacrifice.
