I found Satyen nearly two years ago, while I was in the midst of a mid-life crisis. A few months earlier I had essentially completely stopped working, having spent about 20 years working nearly 100 hours each week. The result was that I was among the most respected and prominent scientists in my fields (I span neuroscience and artificial intelligence), a professor in the top department, winning the most prestigious grants, and I never felt worse. PS: - I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, with joint appointments in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Neuroscience, and Biostatistics. My research focuses primarily on the intersection of natural and artificial intelligence. Our group develops and applies high-dimensional nonlinear machine learning methods to biomedical data science challenges. We have published over 100 papers in prominent scientific and engineering journals and conferences including Nature, Science, PNAS, Neurips, and JMLR, with over 10,000 citations and an h-index over 40. We received the Transformative Research Award from NIH, the NSF CAREER award, and research grants from Microsoft Research, among many other for-profit and nonprofit organizations. How We Work
EBB is different from any other executive development training. Rather than helping you “cope” with problems and challenges, our methods resolve the root cause of any and all of the issues you face. Transformation doesn’t have to take years of practice - it can literally happen in a moment. This isn’t wishful thinking, but the result of decades of testing and refining the life-changing processes we’re about to introduce you to.
We will activate the 5 Pillars of Power, Heart, Freedom, Flow, and Wisdom in 5 modules over the course of 5 months. Each module is delivered over 2 full days online via Zoom, facilitated by Satyen Raja and Alan Shelton (Program Start: January 2024; Dates for each module TBC).
You will receive a learning kit for each module that helps you prepare for the 2-day live sessions each month. The kit also contains insights and exercises for maximizing your new knowledge after each activation.
To implement your learnings into your life and workplace immediately and effectively, you will have bi-monthly Zoom sessions with a personal EBB Integration Coach who supports you at every step of the way towards greatness.
Through our open course format, it is possible to join EBB every month since the modules don’t build on each other. Only those who will attend the live immersions of all modules will be eligible to receive a certification for the WarriorSage Executive BlackBelt.
Outside of the monthly live sessions, this course is designed to flexibly fit your schedule. Whilst time you invest in transforming yourself, others, and your business is ultimately up to you, we expect you to spend approximately 3-5 hours per week on sharpening your skills, using the Learning Kit and your Personal Integration Coach.
Upon successful completion of the EBB Program, you will be invited to join our bi-monthly WarriorSage CEO or Leadership Dojo - two exclusive containers of accomplished executives that serve as ongoing training grounds for consciousness expansion and corporate transformation.
