I want to second what Pam Goldman said about being ready to listen to what ever came up for you on your trip to Peru and with the mother specifically. I have to say, I only did one ceremony and even with that, she comes back to me almost daily. There are things that are still unfolding. The main thing I felt was the infinate nature of who and what we all are. I saw the music of the shamans as I did the breathing Satyen taught us.

When I tried to help others in the room by worrying about them, I saw what I would say was hell. Huge Snakes churning up earth, blood and fire. There were some people very dear to me having what sounded like a different and difficult experience. It was hard to stay on my own path because of my deep love for the others. The mother taught me that the only way to help the earth is to stay in the place of deep breath, love and peace. The lesson continued on through the night until the dawn with her in my body. The lesson has continued to this second with her in my heart.

What I saw in the peace of breath was our infinate nature. There was no me, only love. Only beauty. The colors to an artist were painful because there is no way to recreate them. There was no end to the intense orange, turquoise, hot pink and yellow. There was a seven layered triangle turning in space and the colors danced over the top of it as the shamans sang. That is where I was when I was breathing.

I don't listen to or watch the news now because I can't watch the fear and pain and stay where the mother wants me. I connect with the people in my life and work on peace from there. That was my lesson. What was yours. If you can put it in words, I would love to know.

I love you all with a full heart.

Sue

Hi Rita,

The date of the concert is July 29th which is a Sunday instead of a Friday. I'm not sure what time it will start yet and am open to suggestions that will work for most people. The date is the only thing confirmed right now and I wanted to give my WarriorSage family the first opportunity to fill the house.

I'm thinking I'd like to make it early enough to mingle before and still have enough time afterwards to mingle some more and stay in the energy. Please let me know what you think.

Much Love,
Dora

Hello All,

Missing everyone and the wonderful bliss of community. Peru is stamped in my heart forever.

Dora, do you mean Friday June 29th? If so, won\'t be able to make it. Living from Truth is that weekend in LA. However, if in July, I am so there.

Love,
Rita

Hola my blessed Peruvian family,

Hello All and thanks to you Russ for posting your pics! It will light a fire under my butt to do the same.
It has only been a few weeks since I returned from my extended trip in Peru and still trying to catch up with myself. Sarah and I had a wonderful adventure to Puno on Lake Titicaca and also a few days to Bolivia and the Isla Del Sol (birthplace of the first Incan)I traveled to several other islands on the lake and was fortunate enough to spend the night with several families there. Wow..that was an experience. I am still in a place of deep gratitude to have shared this awesome experience with you all, and I am sure the second trip had an equally wonderful time.(I even met a few of them in the airport on my way home!)I want to thank you all for being a "mirror" for me on my journey and for the love and support I got from each and every one of you, whether you know it or not. Hope to see you all very soon at the reunion! Please post pics if you have them. I lost my downloaded CD of the end of the AMAZON. The walk in the jungle, the tarantula, snake and cutter ants and all the wonderful stuff we saw that day, as well as the end of the trip back in Cuzco. If you have some you could post or send to me as well as any of the monkey that I had on me on the island...I would totally appreciate it! Stay open and in Love...

Russ,

Thanks so much for posting your pictures. It took me back there so quickly. I love your wild life pictures, especially the birds.

Everyone else,

I am slowly coming to Kent. It is a new me. I can feel so many differences. And some of the differences I am still just touching the edges. They are beginning to appear after making their way out of the murkiness that has been stirred up inside me.

My love to all of you,
Caron

I was with Sue when we both experienced the Mother for the first time. I came to this forum today to see if others from the first 2007 trip have posted any comments. The 2nd trip begins to arrive home today.

I, like many, knew when they were going to experience the Mother. I spent time to be with them during their own journey.

I remember coming home feeling, wow, lost. How could those who haven't experienced the jungle even begin to understand what I experienced those three evenings. I often think of those who were in the room with me while I took my personal journey with the Mother. Thank you again

When you're ready '07 Peru participants, there are some who are here for you waiting to listen...know we understand.

Terri Dart and I were at a meeting last monday night. She reminded me that our friends were in the jungle and meeting the Mother for the first time even as we stood there. Chills went through my entire body as I thought about how she would change their lives forever. My love and thoughts were with them as the Mother came and revisited me.

I will never be the same. There is the time before the jungle, and then after meeting the mother. The vastness and beauty she showed me about who and what we all are is almost more than I can stand sometimes. When I look into the eyes of another, or into my own heart, I am blown open. Blown Open! It touches everything I do in life.

Thanks WarriorSage for keeping this forum open. It is good to touch base and express from time to time.

All my love,

Sue

Hello, Everyone!

I've entered a Conde Nast Photo Contest featuring my pictures from Peru. Funny, Deborah, I loaded a picture of you onto the site when I, too, remembered your birthday! I have many more entries to go. Some of the pictures definitely aren't winners, but they hold a special place for me. So far, there are pictures of Satyen, Suzanne, Deb, Pam, Emuna, Satori, and Shaman. You can go on the site and vote for me, and also comment on the pictures - "5s"! I have yet to get a 5 out of 5, but I have four "4s" after today. The contest ends 4/23.

You can find the site by copying -

cntraveler.com/dreamtrip into your browser.

Then search under: kimpkpky

Thanks so much. Bless you! Kim

So, who else has been reliving the memories of where we were and what we were doing one year ago? Hard to believe a year has passed. My birthday was Feburary 12th and I was remembering the glorious celebration of that day in Macchu Picchu with all of you. As Pam says, the lessons, the Mother, all of it is still so prevalent, so relavant and still being integrated, still providing inspiration.

Every time I see one of you who shared this journy, whether on my trip or the first trip, my heart leaps in recognition and depth of connection. Every time I see a picture with one of you in it, same thing. Your name, your energy, your heart are invoked, a doorway opened, on so many occasions.

Sending you love, blessings and profound joy. . .
With radiant devotion,
Deborah

and I still think of you all often. Around the holidays, I found myself exploring the Mother again during my weekly dyads. I was amazed at the ongoing integration of our experience down there. For those of you who were on the 2nd trip with me...you'll remember I shared my 2nd Ayahausca experience with you. eleven months later, I think it is just beginning to resolve itself...or shall I say, that I'm now able to surrender to the known...or is it, the unknown! Hmm. ;-)

It is such a joy to each each of you at various events or to receive an email directly.

Thank you to each of you for the moments that you've touch my heart and soul. Each of those moments are gems.

I keep checking Satyen's blog for reports from India! I can't wait to live the experience through their stories.

With love and gratitude~

World Peace… There Is Something You Can Do!

On October 11, 2006 I was being interviewed by my good friend Nicole Whitney on her Net Radio Channel www.NewsForTheSoul.com.

Nicole was talking to me about how to counteract all the fear-based mass media output regarding the conditions around possible nuclear threats and other ‘scary’ world events.

Well, the discussion turned into a Real Action Plan that makes a real shift in the big picture.

There is something you and I and all of us who are conscious can do, and my invitation and challenge to YOU personally is to take a little time to listen to the inspiring interview and then take action to create Inner Peace for World Peace!

The steps are simple….

1) Think and feel into what world events, world leaders and world circumstances cause you distress, upset, fear, concern, worry or apathy.

2) Then feel and contemplate where in your own life are you playing out some form of something similar in your own micro way. Where are you acting like a micro world leader? Where are you contributing to your own or others’ distress, upset, fear, concern, worry or apathy? Where in you are there little bits of restlessness, guilt, anger and lack of forgiveness, or just plain giving up?

3) Now, seeing and feeling how your life in little ways is a reflection of the world scene in bigger ways, commit right now to taking real life action that will actually shift you into creating your own Inner Peace. Now you can actually feel and know that by dealing with your own micro ‘inner wars and tensions’ you will help establish an outer World Peace… starting in your own Heart and backyard. Who could you call that you have been avoiding to start healing your relationships? Who or what can you start letting go of so you have more space for Peace in your life? How are you being antagonistic, selfish or simply disconnected from the big picture in your daily affairs? What real life actions (not just in your head) will you take today?! A good clue to knowing if the action is a good one that will create real positive peaceful changes is when you think about it, it may feel difficult or uneasy to undertake. Now you’ve got one that you need to do!

4) To spread this awesome one person at a time consciousness shift and to really inspire others to actively participate not only in Inner Peace but World Peace, write your biggest wins, learnings and how you have shifted and who else was served by your action, no matter how small you may think it is. The secret is Knowing and Trusting that whatever courageous steps you take to heal your own life, you know within that you are doing it also for the World at large. Your little self clean-up, contribution and action, you are doing for the sake of all people everywhere!

The Way of the WarriorSage is the way of Action!

The Warrior within you is the one who acts on their inner call in the real world.

The Sage is the one within you that is connected to all things and knows that all your thoughts, actions and feelings serve the World when coming from your deepest Heart of Love and Courageous Action.

I’ve created a forum where you can send your WarriorSage Inner Peace for World Peace success stories for all to be inspired! Feel free to send in as many Wins as you would like.

Send in your contribution no matter how small and watch and see how your own courageous acts of creating Peace will start to shift the World in ways that are beautiful and harmonious.

Post your stories on our forum at http://www.warriorsage.com/forum/WorldPeace/ or send them in an email message or word document to Kristi@warriorsage.com

Come to the forum often to read all the amazing contributions. And invite your friends to join in!

Much Love and let’s remember (and act on) what Mahatama Ghandi has shared from his soul… 'You must be the change you want to see in the world".

“10/11 The Day World Peace Broke Out!”

Greetings O Peru Family!

First, ebullient thanks to our hosts, Doug and Mitra, for a spectacular Reunion! Your gracious hospitality and natural disposition of celebration was the warm, delicious pool we all soaked in this past weekend. Thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful sanctuary and for sharing your hearts -- love without boundaries indeed!

And to all of you who were there -- it was sheer magic that everywhere I turned, every room I entered, there was someone there that I loved and wanted to be with. I was in constant motion on Saturday, and Sunday to some extent, flowing into and entering each space with love and gratitude and wonder for this blessing of life, love and community I exist in. I love each and every one of you exactly as you are. I am humbled by the gifts you are offering the world and the courage with which you are living. I have been walking around in a daze of love that has almost made it difficult to deal with the tick-tock of "everyday" life. A capacity I can see is necessary for a WarriorSage -- an abiltity to keep giving and doing what is necessary in the face of devasting love!!!

And finally, to those of you who were unable to attend, you were there with us in our hearts. I am certain I encountered some of you who were etherically visiting! As Aha says, the best of us is always with each other.

May all beings be well and happy. May all beings be free from strife. May all beings return to love. Peace be with you, forever more.

In Reverence
Deborah

Good Morning Paul,
I could give you answers based on my experience, but then those answers are relevant to me.

How do you find answers relevant to you?

I will share with you an exercise I do when I need to find answers. It has two parts done concurrently.

First is the breathing --
Inhale long and deep, but not forced.
Hold for as long as you naturally can, but not forced.
Exhale as fully as you can, again not forcing your breath.
Hold until the body naturally wants to take a breath.
The key here is not to force it, but to let your body attain a natural rhythm.

The breathing part is simple and is meant to establish a "space" between inhale and exhale; the space between the breaths.

Next is the question and answer part--
On the inhale - in your mind ask, "Who wants to know what the dream is about?"
During the hold let your mind be as blank as possible.
On the exhale -- Say "I do"
on the hold -- wait and see what come up for you.
On the inhale -- take what ever comes up for you and ask the question again. For example, on the hold if the thought "Wouldn't you like to know comes up." You don't engage your mind in dialogue, you just ask the question again, "Who wants to know what the dream is about?"
On this exhale say - "I do"
Hold and see what comes up.
Repeat for as long as you need to.

This is my version of the pocket-size Illumination Intensive. It helps me go through the layers just like I do at an II. I use it with the II questions as well as when I am stuck on a thought or an emotion.

Hopefully that is enough of an explanation. If this is something you would like to try and you have questions, you are welcome to call me. Since this is a public forum and I'm not sure I want to post my home number, I will give you my office number. It is 425-648-2170. If you leave a message I will get back to you within a few hours. It forwards to both my computer and my cell.

Tracy

Tracy,
In answer to your two questions.
Who was the dream meant for? I have no clue.
Who is trying to assign meaning to the dream? I would say that part of myself that is the seeker. That wants to understand. Is that ego?

Hi Paul,

I have two questions for you --
Who is trying to assign meaning to the dream?
and
Who was the dream meant for?

When I ask who, I refer to the different levels of yourself: the ego, the mental body, the emotional body, the spiritual body, etc.

Blessings,
Tracy

Last night I had an experience in a dream that felt like a real experience. Perhaps it was.
It started as a dream in which I was in a room with Satyen. In an ajoining room I knew that there was a Warrior Sage seminar of some type taking taking place. Satyen pointed to a bed and told me to lay down. He said "The others will come to you" At first I thought he meant the people in the other room, looking back at what happened, I am not so sure that was who he was referring to.
As I lay on the bed, I tried to relax and go to sleep. I am not sure how long it was, but I began to hear a faint buzzing sound that grew louder in volume and intensity as it approached my bed. I recognized the sound from my Ayahuasca experience in Peru. I felt a presence and energy that surrounded me with sound. It seemed to be lifting my body, but not entirely off the bed. My chest was lifted upward but with back arched my head and feet were still on the bed. The sound and the energy, as well as the lifting action, came in waves. Building in intensity and power before fading away. This happened two or three times.
Suddenly I was awake and in my bedroom, I think. My eyes were open and I could feel Sue move in bed beside me. The sound came for me again, and again I was lifted not quite off the bed. At one point my head was on my pillow but the rest of my body was almost vertical with my feet poiting toward the ceiling. The waves of sound and energy rolled over me several times as my breathing expanded and I know I was making noise but Sue never awoke. And then it was over.
I still do not know if I was dreaming or awake, but the experience seemed very real. I did not feel any fear at all. I've never had a dream like that, that I remember. I have not a clue what it means. Any ideas?

Here is the letter from Dilmar that Alysson read for us on the Peru call the other night... Thanks so much Alysson!

My greetings to the entire ayahuasca family, those wonderful people that you are and with whom I shared the most beautiful experiences woven from the energies of all of those who participated. I am very moved to be able to hear your voices and understand your expressions – you are all engraved within my heart – thanks to the translation of Alyssan. my fiancee for divine and special reasons, the greatest gift of all, whom I know deeply and spiritually.
The path I walked during my experience with you all brought me to a much greater depth of knowledge and understanding, of love for others; I dedicated this to you and do so again in order that you not only were given the most profound and beautiful journeys then with the mother ayahuasca, but that they continue now as a flowering of the expression of the innermost treasures discovered in those journeys.
Thanks be to Mother Nature and Mother Ayahuasca, Pachamama (Mother Earth), the Apus (mountain masters), the Universe, She is so Pure and True, “Long Live Mother Ayahuasca, Mother Earth, Pachamama, el Taiti Inti (Father Sun), Mamahuilca, Mamanusta”, they who always care for us, in the light and in the darkness, because we are their children, and have always been in this and many other lives.
I send my love to the ayahuasca group always and for ever. I hope to see you all again in this and other lives, I always recognize those who were my friends throughout many incarnations and I will always know you too. I embrace each one of you all…….Ya Hoo

Re-establish the current of Flow

We are all teachers

Create a conscious loving community around myself

Experience the mystery of the moment

Speak from the heart - speak from my truth

More accepting with things as they are

Open a Spiritual Boutique ( not sure what Satyen meant)

My body is stronger than I thought

Greater awareness

Treat your body well

Consider apprentice training

Be the Divine fool

Simplicity of Heart

Pressing Love out in all directions

The more I surrender the more I find ease

It is a moment to moment practice

Love , Gentleness and Grace

Let it happen

Serve more fully

Relax and feel into others

My preferences don't get into my way anymore

I sit back and let my heart open

I let you be who you are

God comes down to save your life

I love you as if you are the Divine itself

Meditation practice 5-10 minutes a day for 3 months

Simplicity in my actions

I know myself

Coming from Love "ongoingly"

What is my True heart

You have lots to give to the world

The answer to every question is LOVE

Breath them in and breath out LOVE

We naturally fell into surrender

My talents are not mine, they are a gift that's been given to share

No holding back now

I can really sense when things are untrue

Scent on the wind

I had to feel how much pain I was in

Honor the closing moments and make good use of them

Rest in the sweetness of not knowing

Keep opening- It allows others to open as well

Light
