Good day gentlemen and welcome to a new year of taking this league to the next level. We have been creating several new initiatives here at Warrior Sage to really get things rolling in 2008. Look for our own web pages to be added to the Warrior Sage site soon so we can all stay in touch and on top of all the new happenings in the Men's league.

Also we are bringing new 1/4ly meetings to a city near you. Our 6 major centers LA, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Edmonton & Calgary will have a either Gary or myself coming in once every three months to facilitate an amazing 3 hour event to support you in growing your men's groups and staying on track with the curriculum.

These meetings will be an amazing opportunity to bring your friends and colleagues who you feel would be served by this work to an evening with us to learn and grow in the company of great men.

We were initially going to have this meeting replace one of your monthly meetings, but have opted to make it in addition to because of all the information we want to be able to serve you with. There just isn't enough time to do it all and we want to give you as much as we can in the three hours we have with you.

Last but definitely not least is the Men's Raodtrip weekend at Nakoda Lodge coming up from May 30 - June 1, 2008. Get yourself there and bring your friends. If you sign up 3 other men your tuition is covered. How's that for a great deal. These weekends are a lot of fun and full of deep learnings from the whole crew of Warrior Sage Men Senior facilitators. Don't miss it!

Wow! Just about a time for another men's retreat. I can't wait for it! I learned what it was to be a man at the last retreat thanks in large part to Steven, Martin, Gary and Sean. The other men that attended and welcomed me as a brother were a great inspiration and the wisdom and advice they offered have made a strong impact on my life. I am truly proud to be part of a brotherhood of good men.

Well it's been two weeks since the Men's Retreat has ended and I am still harvesting ever deeper lessons from the event.

Although life has been very busy since my return home it has been very busy in a different more proactive way. For myself I learned how, why and where I have been playing small in my life.
Without getting into the details of the exercises, I was inspired by clear insights into who I had let myself be, and precisely what to do about it in both my personal and professional life.
While my life recently has been amazing and full this does not mean I have not had some big challenges upon my return, what it does mean though is that I have chosen to see these practice sessions from a much larger more empowered and thankful perspective.

Speaking of Thanks.. I want to thank all those men who have and are making a stand to help build their league's, the future retreats and events that benifit us all and create a legacy of positive change for that which is to come.

What an awesome weekend, it was incredible to be in the company of good men. I had a lot of fun and grew a lot. I realized some things in my life I had been putting off, and on my way home I contacted my sister and started to resolve some issues, and I've been putting that off for 20 years. I would like to see for the next event , maybe an action plan, and some homework we could do and connect online and share with it. What do you think? I'd love to hear your comments brothers, you all touched my heart. Till we meet again

Hey Guys,

I am glad to see that a couple of you have already posted on this forum about our recent weekend. One of the things I had wanted to ask everyone on the last day was to post their "wins, learnings and insights" from the weekend on this forum so that all the WarriorSage men who did not attend the weekend could see and hear from many different guys how great the weekend was. I know that it definitely went even better than I had anticipated - don't you love it when that happens!

We are off to a new start in this new year and we are at the very beginning of the growth of the "men's division" of WarriorSage. My deepest thanks, admiration and congratulations to all the men who participated in this weekend. I am so proud of you guys and all that you brought to the retreat. We all served each other in so many ways. It was great to see and play with those of you I already knew and it was awesome to meet and connect with those of you I hadn't met yet.

So if you were at the weekend definitely post here so that others can hear your heart and soul and allow your wins to touch them and make a difference for their lives.

Lastly, remember tonight is the conference call for the League of the WarriorSage men. Be on it. Don't miss it. Every chance to be with good men makes a difference for everyone.

It was a distinct honour to share the past three days with a truly fine group of men. The openness that was in the room right from the outset was inspiring and energizing. I felt my heart open and my spine stiffen within the first hour of our proceedings.

I will be happy to assist with your Son if possible. I am arriving Vancouver Airport early afternoon on the 15th. I will be taking a hotel room near the Airport and leaving for the event around 7:30 to 8:30 am on Friday morning. I have another adult (man) sharing the room and the VAN/SHUTTLE/RENTAL CAR fee. We will be coming back soon after the event ends (or at least during the evening) and staying in a hotel again Sunday night the 18th. My friend has a flight out at 6am Monday 19th (ugh). I am leaving more towards noon on Monday. I can work out logistics with you around this schedule IF you wish for me to help with your boy.

I am putting together a surprize gift for my sweetie...THE MEN'S RETREAT at Rockridge Canyon March 16th-18th,2007.He will take the earliest flight from San Frncisco Friday morning, which lands him in Vancouver around 10:00am; and will take a return flight Monday morning (NEED TO ARRIVE IN SF BY 1:00PM)
Would anyone be interested in a ride share Friday? I understand the drive time is about 3 1/2 hours from the airport to Rockridge Canyon.

Monday could be a little more flexible. Julie suggested a ride share Sunday evening to the Vancouver Airport area and a hotel (share?) Sunday night. That would make it easy to take a hotel shuttle in the AM to the airport.
OR...something a little more creative...it seems the area is very beautiful! Perhaps a more relaxed scenic trip back to the city? I am open to any suggestions from anyone who knows the area!

I will be booking the flights soon...I will wait for a response re: Sunday night/Monday morning before I do.

For anyone who followed the drama that Gary refers to, I would like to update that I never heard from the man who said he would e-mail me directly.

I'm sad about this. I was very excited to think that from two people who were seemingly in opposition could come a heart to heart connection, however brief, and I was wide open to receive whatever JJ wanted to send my way. I felt I had found the part of him I could really trust and spoken to that, and was so humbled when he responded from his deepest heart the way he did.

I guess there is no real accounting for all the millions of ways our minds find to keep us separate from each other, which makes me even more committed to this work for the sake of all beings.

JJ, if you are still out there, I am open to receive.

For all you other men in practice, I am so grateful for your willingness to be self-aware, for every second of deeper presence you bring to the world, and all your commitment to your purpose, singly and collectively. As a woman, I need to know that that strength exists out there.
